An unknown buyer agreed to acquire Satella Nagayama from Japan Rental Housing Investments Inc. (TSE:8986) for ¥370 million on January 11, 2018. Satella Nagayama generated rental revenues of ¥22.4 million for year ended September 30, 2017. The transaction is expected to close on January 30, 2018. The proceeds from the disposition will be kept as cash on hand and allocated to part of funds for future acquisition of specified assets and associated expenses as well as funds for redemption of investment corporation bonds or repayment of borrowings.
