Dainichiseika Color & Chemicals Mfg. Co., Ltd. (TSE:4116) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares, representing 0.54% for ¥238.7 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥2,387 per share. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment. The repurchase program will expire on February 15, 2021. As of January 31, 2021, the company had 18,565,154 shares in issue and 47,956 shares in treasury.
