Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors resolved the change of directors following due consideration by the company's
Nomination Advisory Committee and Audit and Supervisory Committee. The company announced that Koichiro Watanabe's designation will be change from Representative Director, President to the new position of Representative Director, Chairman of the Board and Seiji Inagaki's designation will be change from Director, Managing Executive Officer to the new position of Representative Director, President. These are effective from April 1, 2017. The company also announced that Katsutoshi Saito will be retire as Representative Director, Chairman of the Board, effective from March 31, 2017.
