Kim Dae-seong agreed to acquire a 7.45% stake in DaeChang Solution Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A096350) from Hyunjeong Park, Park Moon-ju and Jinah Park for KRW 5.4 billion on December 1, 2023. As of December 4, 2023, Park Moon-ju selling 5 million shares for KRW 2.24 billion and Park Jin-ah selling 2.2 million shares for KRW 985.6 million.
