The board of directors of Da Ming International Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the period from 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016.

Business review

The total sales volume and processing volume of the stainless steel processing services of the Group for the period from 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016 amounted to 432,854 tonnes and 646,346 tonnes respectively representing an increase of approximately 21.1% and 21.8% respectively as compared with the same period last year.

The total sales volume and processing volume of the carbon steel processing services of the Group for the period from 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016 amounted to 359,631 tonnes and 327,873 tonnes respectively representing an increase of approximately 81.4% and 87.4% respectively as compared with the same period last year.

Further details of the Group's performance will be disclosed in the annual results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2016 which are expected to be announced in March 2017. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read the annual results announcement of the Company when it is published.
