Da Ming International Holdings Limited Announces the Resignation of Chen Xuedong as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Each of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Da Ming International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chen Xuedong ("Mr. Chen") has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of each of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Board with effect from 12 July 2019. Mr. Chen has decided to resign from the Board due to his other work commitments.
