Da-Cin Construction Co.,Ltd. announced the termination of the construction cooperation contract with Shan-Chih Asset Development Co., Ltd. After peaceful negotiation, both parties reach the consensus to terminate the cooperation and sign the construction cooperation contract termination agreement. SCAD will continue to complete the design and construction, and will pay for the costs and expenses (including management fees) that DACIN has previously spent.
DA-CIN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the architecture business and civil engineering business. The Companyâs architecture business is engaged in the construction of factory buildings, commercial office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, schools and residential buildings. The Companyâs civil engineering business is involved in the construction of roads, bridges, rapid transit projects, tunnels and others. The Company is also engaged in the plant engineering and other special projects.
