D. I. System Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:4421) agreed to acquire Step communications. Co.,Ltd from Mitsuko Ishimoto, Isao Ishimoto and others on September 15, 2021. As per terms of transaction, D. I. System Co., Ltd. acquired 2800 shares. Mitsuko Ishimoto will sell 50% stake, Isao Ishimoto will sell 37.5% stake and 3 others will sell 12.5% stake. Share transfer agreement will be signed on September 17, 2021 and Execution date of share transfer is scheduled for October 1, 2021. The impact of the acquisition of shares on the consolidated financial results of the D. I. System Co., Ltd. for the current consolidated fiscal year (ending September 2022) is currently under scrutiny, and any matters to be disclosed will be disclosed promptly.
