Cygnus Gold Limited announced that Michael Naylor has been appointed to Executive Director of the Company effective immediately. Naylor has been the Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Joint Company Secretary (JCS) since 2017. Raymond Shorrocks is moving from Executive Chairman to Non- Executive Chairman and Simon Jackson has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
In addition, Naylor has resigned as CFO and JCS.
