From October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, the company has repurchased 719,200 shares, representing 2.27% for $12.97 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,203,841 shares, representing 4.05% for $20.73 million under the buyback announced on November 26, 2013.
Customers Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company, which is engaged in banking activities through its subsidiary, Customers Bank (the Bank).
