From October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the company has repurchased 166,000 shares, representing 0.51% for $5.34 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,357,934 shares, representing 4.15% for $60.82 million under the buyback announced on August 26, 2021.
Customers Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company, which is engaged in banking activities through its subsidiary, Customers Bank (the Bank).
