Cheol-Hoon Oh, Myoung-Ho Kim, Hyoung-Doo Shin, SNP Genetics Inc., Mi-Soon Kim, S&F Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Sang-Ho Jung and Nano SM Co., Ltd. acquired 3.4% stake in Enzychem Lifesciences Corporation from Capitalworks Investment Co.,Ltd. for KRW 1.7 billion on August 27, 2014. Under the terms of the deal, the offer per share is KRW 8000. Cheol-Hoon Oh acquired 0.1 million shares, Myoung-Ho Kim acquired 0.02 million shares, Hyoung-Doo Shin acquired 0.02 million shares, SNP Genetics acquired 0.02 million shares, Mi-Soon Kim acquired 0.01 million shares, S&F Venture Capital acquired 0.01 million shares, Sang-Ho Jung acquired 0.01 million and Nano SM acquired 0.03 million shares. Capitlaworks Investment will hold 0.19 million shares after the transaction.

The company is involved in the research and development of disease-related single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) contents using SNP. These diseases include asthma, diabetes, osteoporosis, alcoholism, tuberculosis, cancer, multiple sclerosis, obesity, mental illness, metabolic disease, lupus disease.
