WDC Inc. entered into a capital and business alliance agreement on December 21, 2021. Th company issued corporate bonds with stock acquisition rights with CRG Investment Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of existing investor CRG Holdings Co.,Ltd. The company has received ¥230 million in funding till date.
CRG HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based holding company principally engaged in temporary staffing introduction related business. The Company operates three kinds of business. The temporary staffing introduction business includes worker dispatch business and paid employment introduction business. The outsourcing manufacturing business is engaged in the outsourcing manufacturing of pet related products, such as pet foods and pet hygiene goods from business partner manufacturers and their accompanying business. The other business provides services to improve productivity in client business activities. The services include business process outsourcing (BPO), salary calculation agency, recruitment agency, robotic process automation (RPA), system solution, as well as information technology (IT) related services.
