Certain Common Shares of CRG Holdings Co.,Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 8-APR-2019. These Common Shares will be under lockup for 181 days starting from 9-OCT-2018 to 8-APR-2019.

Company's shareholders Hiroshi Inoue, Takashi Furusawa, Red Rock Co., Ltd., TRM Co., Ltd., Yasuhiro Oda, Tsutomu Okano, Yuji Okubo, Keiji Kobayashi, Hiroaki Nakahara, Fuminori Minami, Misao Akutsu, Yuji Tsunemoto, Ryosuke Nagai, Yosuke Mukuno, Yoshinori Muramoto and Mitsuhiro Asai have agreed to not dispose off their holdings in the company for a period of 180 days from the date of listing of the new shares.
