Notice Concerning Changes of Executive Officers

CRESCO LTD. ("the Company") hereby announces that it has resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on December 20, 2021, to make the following changes to its Executive Officers.

1. Reason for the change
   The change of Executive Officers is aimed at further strengthening the management system and achieving further growth and improvement of corporate value, in order to promptly promote the ten-yearlong-term vision "CRESCO Group Ambition 2030" and the "Medium-Term Management Plan 2023," which started in fiscal year 2021.
