Reference is made to the announcement by CPN REIT Management Company Limited
(the "REIT Manager") as the REIT Manager of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT
("CPNREIT") regarding the notification of the payment in form of capital
reduction to the trust unitholders at Baht 0.1609 per unit and the payment
was scheduled on 17 March 2022. The REIT Manager already distributed the payment
in the form of capital reduction to the trust unitholders by decreasing the par
value of trust unit from Baht 12.2566 per unit or Baht 31,475,365,524.40 to
Baht 12.0957 per unit or Baht 31,062,168,853.80, representing a capital
reduction of Baht 413,196,670.60.
In this regard, the REIT Manager has informed the Office of the Securities and
Exchange Commission ("SEC") and SCB Asset Management Company Limited, as the
Trustee of CPNREIT, about the payment in form of capital reduction to trust
unitholders of CPNREIT on 17 March 2022. SEC and Trustee have acknowledged the
capital reduction of CPNREIT.
