The Company operates through two segments: property development and investment holding. The Company's property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. Its investment holding segment is engaged in investing in subsidiaries which are long term in nature. The Company's development projects include Taman Nusa Sentral, Taman Nusa Indah, Taman Nusa Bestari Jaya, Residence At The Peak, and Taman Universiti. Its Taman Nusa Sentral is a 313-acre freehold mixed residential and commercial development in Iskandar Puteri. Taman Nusa Indah is a freehold mixed residential and commercial development on two parcels of lands covering 109 acres within Iskandar Puteri. Its subsidiaries include Country View Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Country View Property Management Sdn. Bhd.
