Performance Rights have been issued under the company's CY21 Short Term Incentive Plan, with Mr Hallahan's Performance Rights being issued in accordance with shareholder approval received at the May 2021 AGM.

Key Terms:

• Each STI Performance Right is a right to receive one ordinary share in the Company, upon vesting on 1 March 2023. STI Performance Rights will lapse if prior to vesting, the participant ceases to be an employee and the Board determines that he/she is not a good leaver under the terms of the CY21 STI Plan.
• Each STI Performance Right will convey a right to receive cash payments equal to the value of the dividends paid by the Company on one ordinary share during the period the performance right is held.
• The Board has the discretion to claw back unvested performance rights in the case of fraud, gross misconduct and other circumstances prescribed by the Board.
