According to the Company strategic layout, COSCOL has seized the opportunity of China's coastal transportation and successfully put the car carrier MV YU HENG XIAN FENG into the operation of domestic trade in June 2016, which opens up a new car carrier service for the domestic trade.
On July 5, 2016, Yu Heng Xian Feng completed her first voyage successfully in Shanghai and achieved a good result for a good starting.
This voyage, MV YU HENG XIAN FENG carried 4,273 in total including serval famous brands like BMW and Audi, which fully shows the confidence and trust of customers to COSCOL car carrier service.
On June 24, 2016, MV YU HENG XIAN FENG sailed from Nansha RORO terminal with 925 brand new commercial vehicles including GAC, Honda, FAW-Volkswagen Audi and Nissan. On July 1, MV YU HENG XIAN FENG berthed in Dalian Automobile terminal. Within continuous 24-hour work, 3297 vehicles including 1,597 BMW Brilliance cars were loaded to Shanghai. On July 5, MV YU HENG XIAN FENG completed discharging in Shanghai and her first voyage in domestic trade was successfully ended until then. This voyage created a new record of the loading volume in domestic market.
COSCOL puts a high value on this domestic trade maiden voyage. In order to ensure the success of this starting voyage, the relevant departments strengthened the business supervision and assigned the supervising captain on board.
