COSCO Shipping : 2016.06.06MV. Xiang He Kou Joined the Fleet

On May 5, MV. Xiang He Kou, the newly built 50,000 DWT semisubmersible vessel, was officially delivered to operate in Huang Pu Wen Chong Shipyard.
COSCO SHIPPING leaders, Mr.Qiu Guo Xuan and Capt. Wu Liang Ming, Mr. Xiang Hui Ming, General Manager of CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company Limited., and other guests attended the delivery and naming ceremony. Mrs. Liu Yan Mei named the new vessel as 'Xiang He Kou'. MV. Xiang He Kou is 216.7 meters long, 43 meters wide, design draught 9.68meters, submerging draught 26 meters, and sailing speed 14 knots. The vessel is equipped with DP2 function system, and capable of carryingspecial cargoes like giant marine equipment, large vessels, and naval vessels. MV.Xiang He Kou is the fifth semisubmersible of COSCO Shipping since she was delivered.
