shareholders and the market that it has been discussing
with BG Group the acquisition of its equity interest in
Companhia de Gás de São Paulo - Comgás. However, up to the
present date, no binding agreement has been signed by the
parties.
Cosan shall keep the market informed of any relevant news
related to this matter.
