PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by AVIC International Holding (HK) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Charter 571 of the laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors that based on the information currently available, the Group expects to record a substantial loss for the year ended 31 December 2016 as compared to the profit for the same period last year. The loss was mainly resulted from the unsatisfactory performance of the property development and investment business and certain investments held by the Group.

The information contained in this announcement is based on a preliminary assessment of the management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2016, which have not been audited nor reviewed by the Company's auditors. The overall results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2016 will only be ascertained when all the relevant results and accounting treatments are finalised.

The annual results announcement of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2016 is expected to be published in March 2017.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise extreme caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
