Conn's has still an uptrend and is going toward its highest level.

The company’s fundamentals are still strong. Sales are expected to increase by 23.5% in 2013. Analysts from Thomson Reuters consensus have revised largely upward their EPS estimates. The last EPS was at USD 1.56.

Technically, the security shows a bullish configuration on all time scales. However, prices are now in a short term bearish phase and we expected the stock to come back to the 20-day moving average, approximately at USD 40. Then, the security may bounce to the USD 44.1 short term resistance, thanks to the 20-day moving average.

Thus, most active investors can take a long position once prices are back to USD 40 in order to benefit from a technical rebound towards the USD 44.1 resistance. A stop loss must be fixed below the USD 38.3 short term support.
