Concentrix Corporation reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and year of 2014. For the quarter, the company reported non-GAAP income before non-operating items, income taxes and non-controlling interest in the quarter was $29.1 million or 8.52% of revenues. Concentrix delivered $342 million in sale in line with the company's expectations.

For the year, the company's revenue grew $1.1 billion from $189 million in 2013 due to expansion of the scale and platform of product offerings and the transformational acquisition of IBM CRM business completed during the first half of 2014. Non-GAAP income before non-operating items, income taxes and non-controlling interest for the full fiscal year was $97.1 million or 8.86% of revenues, up from the prior year result of $15.7 million due to the IBM CRM acquisition.
