Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 31A(6)(c) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, it is to inform you about the sad demise of Shri Shubh Karan Surana, Promoter of the Company. He passed away.

Shri Shubh Karan Surana's sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss of the Company, and all the directors and employees of the group convey deep sorrow and condolences to the family.

Further, it is hereby informed that he would cease to be Promoter of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 31A (6) (c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
