THE CLH GROUP INAUGURATES THE "WE MOVE THE ENERGY THAT MOVES THE WORLD" EXHIBITION IN CASTELLÓN

The aim of the exhibition is to draw the company's image nearer to citizens and explain how fuels reach the end consumers

Today, the deputy Government representative in Castellón, David Barelles; the deputy mayor of the Grao district of Castellón, Marta Gallén, and the councillor for Sustainability, Gonzalo Romero, together with the head of CLH Group Logistics in the Community of Valencia, Ricardo Ribó, and the manager of the Castellón storage facility, Miguel Vilaró, inaugurated the "We move the energy that moves the world" travelling exhibition, which has been organised by CLH to make its activities known and explain the route taken by fuels until they reach the end consumers.
There is no charge for visiting the exhibition, which is open to anyone wishing to know more about oil product logistics. It can be visited in Paseo Buenavista, opposite the Puerto Azahar shopping centre, both this afternoon and tomorrow. The Company has also arranged for students from nearby schools, as well as other groups connected with CLH's activity, to visit the exhibition.
The exhibition has been installed in a specially adapted bus fitted out with information panels, touch screens, a large screen for showing corporate videos and a conference room, where a teacher explains, in an enjoyable, educational way, all about the main activities carried out by the company.
The "We move the energy that moves the world" campaign started in October 2013 and will end its travels at the end of February, after visiting around thirty municipalities in which CLH has some kind of infrastructure, that are located in the autonomous regions of Galicia, Asturias, the Basque Country, Navarre, La Rioja, Castilla y León, the Community of Valencia, Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.
It is now three years since the company successfully organised the first edition of this exhibition, which was visited by more than 9,000 people and travelled around almost thirty towns in a period of three months.

CLH presence in the Community of Valencia

The CLH Group has three storage facilities in the Community of Valencia, located in Castellón, Albuixech (Valencia) and Alicante. Apart from being connected to the refinery that operates in this autonomous region, the Castellón facility has the special feature of being able to receive discharges from oil tankers.
Also in this Community, the company has a pumping station and a pipeline network with an approximate length of 164 kilometres, that connects the facilities in Castellón and Albuixech. There is also a pipeline branch connecting the Alicante plant with the Cartagena facility in Murcia.

Through its subsidiary CLH Aviación, CLH is also present at Valencia and Alicante airports, where it supplies aviation fuel to aircraft operating at these terminals.
Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos CLH is the leading company in the Spanish market for the transportation and storage of oil products, with a pipeline network more than 4,000 kilometres long, and 39 storage facilities, with a total capacity of 7.9 million cubic metres, in addition to 28 airport facilities.
