Columbus A/S (CPSE:COLUM) acquired HiGH Software B.V. for an enterprise value of DKK 56 million on January 1, 2018. The acquisition price is subject to regulation of normalized working capital adjustments. As reported, DKK 37.3 million of the purchase price is to be paid at the closing of the agreement on January 9, 2018 while the remaining amount of DKK 18.7 million is dependent on the agreed earnings targets, and is expected to be paid over the next three years. The acquisition includes HGH Business Consultancy B.V. The acquisition is financed by Columbus’ own available funds. In 2018, the acquisition is expected to contribute with a revenue in the level of DKK 51 million and EBITDA in the level of DKK 8 million.
