T-Rex Oil, Inc. (OTCPK:TRXO) entered into a letter of intent to acquire 13,826 Mineral Acres In Wyoming from Blue Tip Energy Wyoming, Inc. for $4.4 million on August 24, 2015. Under the terms, the letter of intent provides for a definitive purchase agreement to be negotiated and entered into, subject to due diligence, on or about September 20, 2015. The transaction is expected to take place between November 15, 2015 to December 15, 2015.
