ChineseAll Digital Publishing Group Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300364) agreed to acquire 8% stake in ATA Online (Beijing) Education Technology Co.,Ltd. from Beijing National Education Technology Service Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 110 million on December 21, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the Board of ChineseAll Digital Publishing Group Co.,Ltd.
