Milan, January 24th, 2017 - COIMA RES S.p.A. SIIQ (the "Company"), in addition to what was previously announced on September 29th, 2016, communicates the new financial calendar for year 2017.

Financial Calendar 2017

February 8th, 2017	Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated and preliminary statutory financial statements as at December 31st, 2016
March 17th, 2017	Annual General Meeting
April 26th, 2017	Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated interim financial report as at March 31st, 2017
July 26th, 2017	Board of Directors for the approval of the Half- yearly report as at June 30th, 2017
October 25th, 2017	Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated interim financial report as at September 30th, 2017

Please make reference to what was previously announced on September 29th, 2016 and on November 29th, 2016 concerning additional periodic financial information.

The financial calendar is available on the internet website www.coimares.com. Any possible amendments to the above dates will be timely communicated.
