On January 12, 2022, Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that on January 11, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on February 8, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 25, 2022.
