CNSIG Inner Mongolia Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600328) agreed to acquire Qinghai Fatou Alkali Industry Co., Ltd. from Qinghai State-owned Assets Investment and Management Co., Ltd. on July 28, 2021. The transaction was approved at the 29th Meeting of the 7th Directorate on July 28, 2021. On August 10, 2021, China Salt Group Corporation Limited approved the acquisition. On September 2, 2021, the acquisition passed the State Administration for Market Regulation’s Review on Business Concentration Anti-monopoly.
