Dai Sen signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire an additional 9.58% stake in Guangzhou Youboy Network Technology Co., Ltd from Cnlight Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002076) and an unknown seller for CNY 41.3 million recently. Under the terms, Dai Sen will acquire 0.72 million shares from the two sellers each and pay CNY 20.6 million to each of them. As of January 9, 2017, Dai Sen holds 41.06% stake in Guangzhou Youboy Network Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction does not require the approval of the Board of Directors and the shareholders of Cnlight Co.,Ltd. As of September 30, 2016, Guangzhou Youboy Network Technology Co., Ltd had total assets of CNY 73.83 million and net assets of CNY 34.93 million.
Cnlight Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of lamps. The Company's main products include air disinfection machines, lighting and sterilization integrated classroom lights, logistics cold chain automatic disinfection machines, disinfection table lamps, disinfection bracket lights, ultraviolet lamps, light-emitting diode (LED) indoor lighting, classroom lights, LED outdoor lamps and smart lamps, LED car headlights and car xenon headlights.
