On January 14, 2014, the board of directors of CMG Holdings, Inc. announced that David J. Kovacs will be joining the board effective from January 17, 2014. Mr. Kovacs is currently the head of Investment Banking and Private Equity for Fitch Learning. Mr. Kovacs is also the Managing Director of Private Equity for Strategic Acquisitions.
