On April 7, 2014 the Board of Directors of CMG Holdings Group, Inc. appointed Glenn Laken, as a member of the Board, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Acting CEO Jeffrey Devlin will remain with the company as its Vice-Chairman of the Board. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Laken has held multiple senior executive positions and created successful growth strategies in the financial services sector.
Mr. Laken will continue to seek new opportunities to add shareholder value through organic growth of existing assets of CMG and acquisition of undervalued private and public companies.
