The Board of Clime Capital Limited announced the appointment of Diana D'Ambra
as independent non-executive director. Diana is an experienced non-executive director with strong financial background at global accounting
firm KPMG as director, delivering corporate finance, mergers acquisitions and investment advice
across many industry sectors including financial services including investment management and professional services, property development and management, infrastructure, and adjacencies, Ecommerce and retail of fast-moving consumer goods; and Health related, community and social services. In addition, she is currently Chair of the Australian Property Institute, Chair of City West Housing, Chair
of Women in Banking & Finance, Director Financial Planning Association Aust and board member NSW
Cemeteries and Crematoria. Previous experience includes Chair Australian Shareholders Assoc, ASX
Corporate Governance Council, AICD plus at NFP roles at Breakthru & Be Kind Sydney.
Diana has a Bachelor and Master of Commerce degrees, is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Aust &
New Zealand (FCA) and holds GAICD and FGIA accreditations.
