(Alliance News) - CleanBnB Spa has released some figures for 2022, highlighting the further consolidation of its property portfolio, which has reached 1,597 units, distributed in 60 Italian locations and managed exclusively, mostly with the "full package" formula of full management.

The fourth quarter of the year marked a dynamic trend, with a total of 17,907 managed stays, which generated receipts totaling EUR6.4 million. CleanBnB's managed stays during 2022 also totaled 67,101, a 116 percent increase over 2021, and 156 percent higher than even the 2019 result before the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

This operating result was also reflected in the gross booking volume, i.e., receipts from guests for managed stays, which exceeded EUR26.2 million, more than double the 2021 figure and more than triple the 2019 figure.

"2022 confirmed our market leadership position and the sustainability of the short-stay rental business, thanks to the innovative and efficient management of our Full package," commented Francesco Zorgno, president of CleanBnB.

"The balance sheet is definitely positive: we have recorded a significant consolidation of the managed property portfolio, with a markedly improved performance in all 60 locations in which we operate. As a matter of fact, CleanBnB has confirmed itself as the most widespread property management operator in Italy in the short rental sector, a sector that had an exceptional year, with more than 48 million overnight stays - Airdna data -, up 48 percent compared to 2021 and 2 percent compared to 2019."
