Continuing to reduce its debt, Claranova announced last Friday that it had repaid the holders of its Euro PP bond for a total of 19.7 million euros, using the Group's own funds.

By the end of the current financial year (end June), the Group will have repaid more than 55 million euros of its debt (excluding interest) using its own funds. Over the same period, the Group also refinanced its OCEANE bonds, extending their maturity by four years.

These operations enabled the Group to significantly reduce its debt levels, thereby cutting the associated financial charges, and to bring its financial ratio (net debt/normalized ROCE) down to around three times.
