Civmec Limited announced executive and organizational structure changes. David Power will take on the new role as Executive General Manager, Manufacturing. David's previous role was the Henderson facility manager.

Under this role David will also take responsibility for the East Coast (NSW) Facility operations. Mylon Manusiu will take on the new role as Executive General Manager, Maintenance. Mylon has been with the Company for over 4 years, initially managing the Refractory business unit, which he has successfully grown.

His new role will now include the maintenance activities for the Company. Under this role Mylon will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ms. Justine Campbell has resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group, effective from 27 September 2019.

Ms. Campbell has decided to leave her role to pursue other interests. With a strong and experienced finance team in place, the accounts team will be overseen by the company's (COO), Mr. Kevin Deery, who will also function as the acting CFO. The Company has also made other organizational structure changes to ensure there is minimal operational effect resulting from Mr. Deery taking on the extra duties.
