After the listing on February 22, 2022, the actual amount of net proceeds realized by Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (the "Sponsor" or "CREC"), after deducting the expenses, amounted to Php6,114.90 million (lower than the estimated net proceeds of Php6,170.8 million). As such, the Board of Directors of CREC approved on April 18, 2022 the reallocation of the use of proceeds to align with the actual amount of net proceeds realized from the sale of the Secondary Offer Shares and from the sale of income-generating real estate to CREIT. On July 14, 2022, the Board approved a further reallocation of the use of proceeds as follows: (1) Decrease in planned disbursements for the following projects: (a) Zambales Solar Farm, (b) Pangasinan Solar Farm, (c) Laguna Solar Farm, and (d) Bulacan Solar Farm (2) Increase the planned disbursements for the following existing projects: (a) Arayat-Mexico Solar Farm Phase 1, (b) Arayat-Mexico Solar Farm Phase 2, (c) Batangas A Solar Farm, and (d) Isabela Run-of-River Hydro.
