CITIC TELECOM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED 24 May 2023 - CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited ("CITIC Telecom" or the "Group"; stock code: 1883) held the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Island Ballroom, Level 5, Island Shangri-La Hotel, Two Pacific Place, Supreme Court Road, Hong Kong.
Mr. Xin Yue Jiang, Chairman hosted the AGM. He welcomed shareholders to attend the meeting and expressed wishes to all the shareholders for health. Shareholders voted according to the resolutions presented in the meeting, and had active interaction and discussion with the management on the Group's business development in the future.
Management emphasized the steady business development of the Group during the meeting. The Group will proactively acquire new customers, accelerate Southeast Asian market development, launch new innovative products to maintain high-quality corporate development.
