Cisco Systems, Inc. agreed to acquire remaining majority stake in Valtix, Inc. from Northgate Capital Group, L.L.C., The Syndicate Group Ltd, Vertex Ventures, TVL Management Corporation and others on February 24, 2023. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Cisco?s third quarter of Fiscal Year 2023. Doug Cogen, Stephen Fisher, Ken Myers, Rufus Pichler, Joseph Schenck, Matt Cantor, Adam Halpern, Melissa Duffy, Mark Jansen and Ana Razmazma of Fenwick & West acted as legal advisor to Cisco.
