CIL Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Mr. Chow Ho Wan as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of CIL Holdings Limited announces that Mr. Chow Ho Wan advised he is no longer able to spare and spend adequate time and efforts to take on position of independent non-executive director of the Company and has tendered his resignation with effect from 30 November 2021. Mr. Chow also ceased Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from 30 November 2021.
