For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 108.645 million compared to CNY 150.815 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 12.836 million compared to CNY 12.558 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 11.524 million compared to CNY 11.074 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.03 compared to CNY 0.03 a year ago.
Chongqing Sanxia Paints Co., Ltd is primarily engaged in the manufacture and wholesale of paints and coatings. The Company's products include anti-corrosive paints, industrial paints, automotive paints, construction paints, furniture paints and others. The Company also provides other chemical products. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the production and distribution of tablets, granules, capsules and bulk pharmaceutical chemicals, among others. The Company distributes its products principally in domestic market.
