China Tower Corporation Limited announced that the final dividend of RMB 0.03739 per Share (equivalent to HKD 0.041100 per Share) (pre-tax) for the year ended 31 December 2023 was approved at the AGM. The payment shall be made to the Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 30 May 2024. The register of members will be closed from 27 May 2024 to 30 May 2024.
The final dividend is expected to be paid on or about 28 June 2024.
