Notice of China Southern Airlines Ticket Arrangement

For the passengers' convenience to schedule their travel plan, the special ticket handling regulations are as follows:

1. Applicable tickets

For all China Southern Airlines tickets, tickets number begin with 784, issued on/before January 31 2020. And the tickets include China Southern Airlines flight arriving to, departing from, or via Wuhan between January 1 2020 and March 29 2020.

2. Special ticket arrangement

(1) Ticket Change

Change charge/penalty is waived for 1st time the ticket is changed.

Rerouting is permitted, and fare difference in same service class can be waived, for applicable ticket which flight is arriving to, or via Wuhan, and its itinerary departing from outside of Mainland China. New destination in such rerouting must be in Mainland China, and flight operated by China Southern Airlines.

Onward change has to follow original ticket conditions and rules.

(2) Ticket Cancellation and Refund

Waive on cancellation, and refund charges.

3. Other special arrangements

(1) For all medical personnel, with proper identity, whose trip is cancelled due to medical practice required for this incident could follow special ticket arrangement;

Note: also applies to passengers within the same PNR with above mentioned personnel, or have different PNR but consist of continuous ticket number, upon request of the passenger;

(2) Passengers with fever, suspected and diagnosed of newly discovered Coronavirus, and passenger who has close contact with these patients, could follow special ticket arrangement. A diagnosis proof of the medical institution at or above county/town level is required.

Note: also applies to passengers within the same PNR with above mentioned personnel, or have different PNR but consist of continuous ticket number, upon request of the passenger. For passengers whose body temperature higher than 38°C or 101°F with proof of medical practice is required, for condition where diagnosis is not available;

(3) The ticket of above-mentioned passenger follows above mentioned applicable condition, while not limited to travel from, to, or via Wuhan.
