China Resources and Environment Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600217) agreed to acquire 13.3% stake in Huai'an Huake Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. from Yingwei Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 95.4 million on May 30, 2019. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Huai'an Huake Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 145.5 million, net assets of CNY 85.4 million, revenue of CNY 80.8 million, operating profit of CNY 30.6 million, and net profit of CNY 30.6 million. On May 30, 2019, the transaction was approved by the 8th meeting of the 7th directorate of China Resources and Environment Co.,Ltd. and does not need its shareholders’ approval.
