China New Economy Fund Limited Names Pun Tit Shan as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Each of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, Effective 8 April 2016

China New Economy Fund Limited board of directors announced that Mr. PUN Tit Shan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director as well as a member of each of the audit committee, nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the company with effect from 8 April 2016. Mr. Pun, aged 55, is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Astrum Capital Management Limited.
