China Master Logistics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 1,124.428 million compared to CNY 1,035.012 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 50.258 million compared to CNY 48.519 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 35.855 million compared to CNY 33.185 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.13 compared to CNY 0.17 a year ago.

The Company's main business can be divided into five segments: Freight Forwarder segment, Site segment, Shipping Agency segment, Coastal Transportation segment and Project Large-Scale Logistics segment. Freight Forwarder mainly provides services such as booking agents and signing agents to customers after purchasing transportation capacity from ship operators. Site segment mainly includes services related to container repair, inspection and empty container storage. Shipping Agency segment mainly includes boarding agents and cabin agency business.
