The board of China Kangda Food Company Limited announced that the Group is expected to record a significant decrease in profit or a loss for the six months ended June 30, 2013 compared to the six months ended June 30, 2012. The expected decline in the unaudited net profit of the Group is mainly attributable to the decrease of demand and selling price of chicken meat products because of the negative impact from H7N9, which detected in chickens in the southern China.
